If so, it will be very costly to start up an internet business &#8211; what do most IM do?</p>
<p>There&#8217;re areas which I think would require addressing which is currently not clear as to what legal safeguards are to be put in place for the internet marketeer.  This question is not to &#8220;run away&#8221; from responsibilities but just like you would require the legal framework to be put in place when running a physical offline business. In other words, you run a legitimate Internet business but do not want to fall prey in certain legal omissions due to ignorance.</p>

<p>Background: I have three lists with email addresses from an email marketing campaign. List 1 contains addresses that bounced in Month 1, List 1 in Month 2, and List 3 in Month 3. I merged the three lists, and I would like a final list that contains addresses that bounced in at least two of the three months. I will then delete these addresses from our database.</p>

But I do not want to send tons of spams to other&#8217;s mailbox using email software. I want to join some hot, active communities and invite members to join my site.
