I have a credit card with a small limit secured by a money market account. I was told in order to close this account and then the money market account I had to pay the balance of the card and then request the account be closed. I did all of that and was told I would receive an letter or email notifying me of the closing of the account that I could then use as documentation to close the money market account and get my money back. Today, I checked the website and I have a new “bill” in the amount of 3 dollars and change – I sent them an inquiry but am wondering what I can do to get them to close the account and quit charging me fees, etc. It is a small amount of money but I want to get it closed because of this nuisance factor and the terrible customer service.

…. without just getting an auto-reply? I notice that the banner ads above our group’s home page now takes up 80% of the window, rather than the 15 or 20% that it formerly did. This means having to scroll down just to see the home page. I’m a bit annoyed at this, and yeah, I know it’s all free blah blah… I hate marketing types, they run and ruin everything.

Guys, I am a published author and I have recently completed writing my second book which happens to be a touching romantic novel… Love thriving amidst harsh and impossible circumstances.. Story is based on a real life occurrence…. Unlike the first time, I do not wish to get my book published. Instead I want to sell it through the Internet for about $ 5 only and if someone wants to buy it, I can directly email her/ him the file containing my book. This way, instead of paying about $ 15, the buyer has to pay only $ 5 to read my book. Shipping and handling charges will be saved and also the expensive cost of book will be reduced by about 70%. Do you think my book stands a better chance of being read more (by this method)? Do you think this is a good idea?

It is very interesting to me when I am doing some research on different network marketing business, I found many website and respond pointing out that business such as Amway, Market America, Southern living…etc is a scam. Most of the respond is base on personal experience or story they have heard. However Better Business Bureau rate those business such as Amway (A+), Market America (B+), Southern living (A)? I understand that BBB is not a government agency, however I do give more credibility to BBB than someone I never met before. And business this well-known surely will be shut down by the government if they are scam, right?
I believe that people who take the time to respond or even make a website have to be good people, people who is trying to help someone from doing things they believe is bad.
English is not my first language, if there is any confusion feel free to ask or email me at pokhungpun@gmail.com.
I am here with open-mind and ready to listen, I ask for the same from those who speak, please don’t make any personal attack on those who speak up and allow everyone have the chance to speak what they believe.

Someone has been sending marketing emails to my contacts, as also to others, through my Windows hotmail account. I get to know of it only when I see my ‘Sent mail’ folder. I am at my wit’s end to stop this. I have changed my password too, but that has not helped. How is this happening? Is it possible to send emails like these with your email ID without logging in? And how to stop this? I do not wish to discontinue this account since this has been given to a large number of people.

Can someone please advice. I am sick to my stomach. I just signed a two month listing agreement with a real estate agent to sell my house two days ago. He has not returned one call/email since. He used photos I took on MLS, which are horrible, and he has not changed them out. Don’t you think as a new client, he would at least call me back? I am really upset and want a new agent asap (someone else I interviewed) or I would prefer to sell on my own. His marketing brochures were worse than what I would put together. I was stupid and believed his sales pitch about customer service – the reality is, there is no customer service. Please give me some advice as to how to get out of this. Thanks.
